ROPLAST combines almost 30 years of experience in the development and manufacture of sensors with RoPlasthan^® high-performance elastomers technology. ROPLAST does not produce off-the-shelf industrial sensors, but specializes in application-specific systems. Sensors hermetically sealed inside RoPlasthan^®, energy-autonomous systems, and wireless signal transmission enable applications even in extreme environments and hard-to-reach locations where placing sensors used to be too expensive or outright impossible. The sensor is installed without the need for cabling. The sensors can also be structured as intrinsically safe systems for hazard areas – from simple yes / no monitoring to complex adaptive systems.
