Research and Development at ROPLAST
We are a company with a strong focus on R&D. Besides a product development department, we maintain a long-term research group. This enables us to develop tailor-made technical solutions for our customers and to use those solutions as a basis for mass production. Speedy development and efficient project management are two of our core competencies.

ROPLAST develops products and systems in the following areas: plastics, sensor and actuator technologies
ROPLAST provides intelligent plastic systems, for example in the form of a plastic component with the material properties required by the client or a sensor and actuator system manufactured to client specifications. Once our clients have described the required properties to us, we select the most suitable technology and RoPlasthan^® material. We then engineer the requested shapes and produce prototypes before starting commercial manufacturing. The tools required for polyurethane processing are engineered and manufactured by ROPLAST. This means that the client obtains all services from a single source.
