RoCoat™ Pipeline Surface Coating
In cooperation with ROSEN Research and Development Center in Germany, ROPLAST is currently developing materials and methods for pipeline surface coating with RoPlasthan® high-performance elastomers. Previously unknown adherence of elastomers to steel pipes and extreme abrasion resistance open up new fields of application and allow significant service life increases in the presence of highly abrasive or extremely corrosive liquid flows. We will be pleased to send you the test data produced by independent laboratories in accordance with various EN norms upon request.
In addition, ROPLAST offers expert knowledge in the fields of equipment design and mechanical engineering. Developed in-house, our machines and manufacturing processes guarantee very high technical standards at an excellent price / performance ratio.
RoTherm – Thin Layer Heat Insulation Coating
Development of a novel patented insulation coat for the protection of temperaturecritical equipment and pipes. This coating combines the extraordinary RoPlasthan® resistance to chemicals, temperature, hydrolysis, etc. with high thermal insulation and low material consumption.
Adaptronics
- Development of elastomers with switchable mechanical properties
- Development of adaptronic systems
- Replacement of complex mechatronic systems by “intelligent” elastomers
